In some cases, we may not be able to provide information related to a period longer than twelve (12) months preceding the request where doing so would be impossible or require disproportionate effort.

  • Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us and compatible with the context in which the consumer provided the information.
  • Comply with a legal obligation.

The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

We have implemented appropriate security measures in order to protect your personal information, both online and off-line. All access to the Website is, by default, encrypted and protected using TLS 1.2.

All user passwords are stored using a one-way hash function. It is impossible for us to see what these passwords are; we can only verify that the hash value of what the user has entered matches the stored value.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under this Privacy Statement.
